BGVB Kisan Tatkal Rin Yojona

An instant credit to farmers to meet the emergency requirement for Agriculture and Allied activities and Household Needs for tiding over temporary difficulties. The loan will be provided for following purposes:

• Field preparation & pre-sowing activities of the Crop.
• Immediate credit requirement for other agriculture and allied activities.
• Household needs

Individual farmers I JLGs (not exceeding four farmers) who are existing KCC holders or borrowers availing loans for agri I allied activities are eligible. The borrowers shall have satisfactory track record of at least two years (existing accounts should be in Standard I SMA-0 category)

Either of the following facilities may be extended:

• OD limit with reducing Drawing Power (DP) - The limit may be a reducing Overdraft Limit on Yearly basis, as it is to be liquidated within 3 years. Drawing Power is to be calculated on annual basis and accordingly withdrawal be allowed in the account. This type of facility will provide flexibility to the farmers to use it as running OD limit and withdraw I deposit the funds as per requirement.
• Term Loan - Repayable in 6 half yearly instalments starting after 6 monthsfrom the date of disbursement.

• Need based, maximum Rs.50000.00.
• For farmers having landholding: 25% of the existing limit with maximum Rs.50000.00

Securities obtained for existing credit facilities to be continued and same may not be further extended for this facility. Moreover, no additional securities to be obtained even if the combined exposure (existing credit facility plus proposed facility under Kisan Tatkal Rin Yojona) exceeds the present cut off ceiling of Rs.1.60 lakh.

• Up to Rs.25000/- :
  MCLR +O. 75 %, at present 9. 75% p.a.
• Above Rs.25000/- up to
  Rs.50000/- MCLR + 1 % , at present 10% p.a.

• Over Draft Limit with reducing Drawing Power (DP) on yearly basis, as it is to be liquidated within 3 years. Drawing Power (DP) to be calculated on annual basis and accordingly withdrawal be allowed in the account.
• Term Loan - Repayable in 6 Half Yearly Instalments starting after 6 months from the date of disbursement.

• Overdraft - Limit will be allowed as reducing OD Limit.
• Term Loan - Disbursement will be made directly in the KCC account or Saving Account.

• This facility is in addition to the existing facility to the borrower.
• All the existing facilities should be in Standard I SMA-0 category.
• The borrowers who have already availed such type of facility from our Bank I other Institutions will not be eligible.
• In case of Term Loan a Standing Instruction (SI) shall be marked in the linked KCC Account or Savings Account for debit of the instalments due for this loan.
• All other terms and condition applicable for Agriculture Advance will also be applicable
