All the officers have certain financial powers and administrative powers depending upon their designations. SECTION 4 (1) (B) (III): THE PROCEDURE FOLLOWED IN THE DECISION MAKING PROCESS, INCLUDING CHANNELS OF SUPERVISION AND ACCOUNTABILITY;

Different officials depending upon their designations and Drawing power through committee approach e.g. BLCC (Branch Level Credit Committee),RLCC (Regional Level Credit Committee), HLCC-1(Head office Level Credit Committee-1),HLCC-2 (Head office Level Credit Committee-2) and CAC (Credit Approval Committee) take financial decisions at various levels, Branches will source the applications and forward them to the respective credit committee if it is out of DP range of the Branch Manager, for their consideration.

There is a well-defined organisational structure, staff accountability and control system, as per the guidelines of RBI /NABARD/DFS.

SECTION 4 (1) (B) (IV): THE NORMS SET BY THE BANGIYA GRAMIN VIKASH BANK FOR THE DISCHARGE OF ITS FUNCTIONS.

Regarding the core functions of the Bank i.e. accepting deposits and sanction of loans, the interest rates for different deposit as well as loan products, are displayed in the Bank's website and also made available at all the Branches/offices. The Bank strictly adheres to the fair practice code and ensures that transparency is maintained while dealing with the customer.

SECTION 4 (1) (B) (V): THE RULES AND REGULATIONS, INSTRUCTIONS, MANUALS AND RECORDS HELD BY THE BANK/ USED BY ITS EMPLOYEES FOR DISCHARGING ITS FUNCTIONS

There are numerous documents like manuals, circulars, delegation of powers, proceedings of the board etc. throughout the financial year. Employees discharge their duties and functions adhering to the same.

SECTION 4 (1) (B) (VI): A STATEMENT OF THE CATEGORIES OF DOCUMENTS THAT ARE HELD BY THE BANK OR UNDER ITS CONTROL

Documents which are held by the bank in the custody of Branches/Regional Offices/Head Office are record of the disciplinary proceedings against Employees, Board Meeting Notes, Committee meetings, documents executed by customers/ borrowers/ guarantors, contracts executed with third parties etc.

SECTION 4 (1) (B) (VII): THE PARTICULARS OF ANY ARRANGEMENT THAT EXISTS FOR CONSULTATION WITH, OR REPRESENTATION BY, THE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC IN RELATION TO THE FORMULATION OF ITS POLICY OR IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF IN BGVB.

Further, the financials of the Banks i.e. Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statement, Cash Flow Statement/ reports is published in the bank's website for information of public as well as stakeholders, which would give an idea about the functioning of the bank and implementation thereof. SECTION 4 (1) (B) (VIII): A STATEMENT OF THE BOARDS, COUNCILS, COMMITTEES AND OTHER BODIES CONSISTING OF TWO OR MORE PERSONS CONSTITUTED AS ITS PART OR FOR THE PURPOSE OF ITS ADVICE, AND AS TO WHETHER MEETINGS OF THOSE BOARDS, COUNCILS, COMMITTEES AND OTHER BODIES ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, OR THE MINUTES OF SUCH MEETINGS ARE ACCESSIBLE FOR PUBLIC.

    Since the number of employees is quite large and they are subject to transfers, it is not possible for the Bank to publish the directory of the officers / employees and keep the same updated from time to time. Any person interested in seeking the information about any officer or employee of the Bank can reach to the CPIO of the Bank.

    The list of offices / branches is already available in the website for reference of public .Public can refer to the tab “Branch Network “of the Bank's website for information regarding the nearest Branches.

    SECTION 4 (1) (B) (X): THE MONTHLY REMUNERATION RECEIVED BY EACH OF ITS OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING THE SYSTEM OF COMPENSATION AS PROVIDED IN ITS REGULATIONS OF BANGIYA GRAMIN VIKASH BANK

    Budgets for expenditure of public money is not applicable to BANGIYA GRAMIN VIKASH BANK.

    There are no subsidy programmes or plans for lending activities as a whole, except priority sector lending and Central Govt./State Govt. sponsored schemes. Different lending schemes of the Bank and eligibility for availing the same is available in the Bank's website.

    There are no programmes in the Bank for grant of concessions, permits, authorization etc.
